This is a Caprock brand UV-C lamp that is 100% compatible with lamps used in various models of UV systems by Aqua Treatment Service (ATS) under part number
ATS1-805
, but not made by ATS.  It measures about 14 inches) excluding the single pin on each end of the lamp.  Its peak output is at 254nm.  The rated useful life is 10,000 hours.  Although nominally rated at 16 watts, some systems will overdrive the lamp for higher output at the expense of a shorter life.
