    The 4ft T8 LED lights are double-end powered style. That means the live wire on an end, while the neutral wire on another end.
    The ballast MUST be bypassed or removed if the 4ft ones will replace the traditional fluorescent.  They are compatible with existing T8, T10, and T12 fluorescent fixtures, making LED conversion easier than ever. A simple, energy-saving, ballast bypass (direct wire) installation. Refer to our installation guide for details. Please install this item away from the radio, remote control door, etc., which may cause EMI. (Make sure REMOVED the original ballast and REWIRE before installation)
